Blueberry & Peach Oatmeal!
I woke up this morning and it was really cloudy outside and It just felt like a warm oatmeal kind of day!!
1cup of whole grain oats
1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk
1peach cut up
Handful of blueberries
Teaspoon of flaxseed
Teaspoon of cinnamon
Bring your almond milk, flaxseed, cinnamon and fruit to a boil. Then add the oats.
Add a mint sprig for color and tada!!
*funforkidsfact - the blueberries explode in the oatmeal and the whole thing is a dusty to navy blue color. Your kids will love the funny colored delicious oatmeal!!

My Detox Smoothie This morning:
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tsp flax seeds
2 tsp chia seeds
1 teaspoon of hemp oil
Blend until delicious!!
my green! so i realize more than over that i’m going to have to really step it up to see something dramatic and i’m ready to have a smooth back. I have the fear of God in me to change the history of covering up near the water. time to be like every hott girl in a skimpy bikini.
