It’s been awhile! Ughhhh! I’ll be plant based until Monday because my body is Fahreaking out! Berries, watermelon and green juice: ginger, carrot juice, coconut water, apple, kale, spinach, lemons, banana xo

I’m baaaackk

…and with Vanilla Protein Waffles!! 😱😱

So while my partner W is testing out the West Coast, I’m here in Miami getting back to delicious clean meals!!

What you will need for 2 waffles:

4 egg whites
2 tsp of baking powder
2 tablespoons of gluten free flour
2 scoops of Vanilla Protein
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of coconut milk yogurt (you can sub this for plain Greek if you can’t find coco milk yogurt)

Blend all ingredients into a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes then pour into your waffle maker!

I topped it with granola & fresh fruit but go crazy with your favorite fruits!

Mean Green

1 bundle of Kale
2 lemons
3 carrots
I cucumber
1 chunk of ginger
1 handful of spinach

Can I just say my tummy has never been happier!! Delicious and nutritious has taken in a whole new meaning!

Stir Fry din din!

Cut chickens chunks with lovely veggies!

Bring heat to low and place 7 minced garlic!

Add in jalapeños and chopped chicken and sea salt and allow to cook!

Add in the following:
Onions
Red Onions
Tomato
Mushroom
jalapeños

Add cumin, grated black pepper, sea salt! Place in steamed broccoli and serve!

Juice it up guys! It’s the first day of spring! Fuck fat! Summer is calling! 

I chugged down this homemade mean green that I threw into this bolthouse bottle! Over a liter of kale, spinach, apple, pear, ginger, lemons, grounded flaxseed and hemp protein fiber!

No room for nothing but the best!

Beet Bowlin’ I pray that one day I finally get to meet my flat tummy!! So I’m ‘beeting’ it as much as I can!

Inside this is:
Raspberries
Beets
Red cabbage
Frozen pineapple chunk
1/2 a pear

Topped with chia seeds and flaxseeds!

A little kick in my mid day of dramatics

Cauliflower Power! Maybe I went too hard on the jalapeños but this was an incredibly delightful surprise :-)

To make: boil cauliflower for about 10 minutes! In another pan sauté the following:

Mushrooms
Minced garlic
Parsley
Jalapeños & habanero pepper
Onions
Olive oil
Sea salt

Blend everything and top a little bit of the sautéed mushroom mix on top! Served on a side of 1/2 chopped cucumber!

Rough few days! Decided to detox until Sunday! Juice it up and leaving my munching to the occasional popcorn fix! 2 of the suckers (54 fl oz) of water and gutted lemons! 19 days before my bday and I’m looking forward to the glow that comes with being 26!! 

Today so far I had my morning mean green (primarily kale with flax), 2nd spinach, ginger & chia power! 3rd my beet loving liver juice! Tonight I’m looking forward to the cauliflower love!

Waist Away Mean Green Morning Glory. I just chugged 40 fl ounces/ 1000 mL of this as part of my morning ritual! I realized that I never posted the amount of this that goes in my system to start off my mornings: kale, spinach, parsley, pear, 1/2 banana, 5 inch long (1 inch thick) garlic chunk, chia seeds, grounded flaxseeds, gutted lemon, coconut water and juiced carrots!

Anther morning ritual! Singing out loud to feel good songs. This morning? Van Morrison’s Dancing in the Moonlight ;-)
